Job summary

Qualified candidates typically hold a bachelor’s degree in business or related field and have 2+ years in procurement or related functions; ERP/PeopleSoft familiarity is a plus. Comprehensive benefits and a salary range are provided.

Qualifications

Foundational knowledge of procurement processes, buying channels, vendor risk standards, and S2P systems.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; proficient with MS Office including Excel.
Attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to explain routine procurement information and process requirements clearly to others.
Experience with ERP systems or PeopleSoft is a plus.

Responsibilities

Receiving and Reviewing Business Requests: Review procurement requests for completeness, accuracy, required documents, budget, and policy alignment.
Routing and Prioritization: Route requests to sourcing, procurement, risk, legal, or business stakeholders; escalate as needed.
Working with End Users: Collaborate with stakeholders to support smooth intake and engagement.
Monitoring Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure requests follow procurement policies and Third-Party Risk standards; raise issues for review.
Process Support: Document issues and help standardize processes to improve buying channel alignment.
Data and Request Tracking and Reporting: Maintain request data and support reporting on metrics like volume, compliance, response times, and SLA performance.
Other duties: Stay updated on procurement processes and provide basic training to internal stakeholders.
