Job summary

Nordic Naturals in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst focused on BI and data analytics to partner with Strategic Sourcing and Procurement. This role drives data-driven insights to improve spend visibility and sourcing decisions.

You will build procurement analytics, data infrastructure, dashboards, and tools, and work with Finance to scale cost tracking and the adoption of modern systems and AI-enabled analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or analytics roles.
• Strong experience with spend analysis, cost modeling, and financial/data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools (Domo, Power BI, or similar).
• Experience working with ERP or procurement systems (preference for SAP).

Responsibilities

• Analyze spend, volume, and supplier data across categories to improve cost visibility and support sourcing decisions.
• Translate demand and MRP data into clear insights, including impacts to spend and supplier capacity.
• Develop cost models and pricing analyses, including should-cost and total cost of ownership frameworks.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting for procurement KPIs.
• Partner with Finance to ensure accurate tracking, validation, and realization of cost savings.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis related to procurement initiatives.
