Overview

Procurement Coordinator position in New Energy / Lithium industry. Perm position with salary up to $3700 (depends on experience & Qualifications) + $100 transport allowance + performance bonus. Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am to 6pm (with 1 day WFH after confirmation). Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Insurance.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for achieving procurement targets for upstream resources, including cost, quality, and delivery goals.
  • Actively engages in new supplier development, expands upstream resource channels, negotiates long-term supply agreements, and identifies high-quality suppliers in accordance with company requirements.
  • Manages suppliers, including contract negotiation and execution, annual performance evaluations of preferred suppliers, supplier grading, supplier relationship maintenance, monitoring delivery quality metrics, and proactively managing risks associated with key suppliers.
Qualifications
  • Independent and comfortable working independently.
  • Approximately 3 years of procurement experience, familiar with international project procurement.
  • Priority given to candidates with experience in the upstream of the new energy industry, especially in the procurement of minerals and chemical products.
