Job summary

CRB is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to assist with pre-qualification of equipment suppliers and subcontractors in North Carolina. This role includes ensuring the accuracy of insurance certificates and performance bonds, while providing essential document control support.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering and up to two years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Excel and strong organizational skills are critical for success.

Qualifications

• Up to two years of experience in project and/or procurement support.
• Experience in construction and/or design services industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients regarding pre-qualification of suppliers.
• Ensure certificates of insurance and bonds are accurate.
• Provide high-level document control.
• Support procurement functions throughout bidding and buy-out.

The Procurement Coordinator will provide support working with both internal and external clients regarding pre‑qualification of equipment suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring certificates of insurance and payment & performance bonds are on file and accurate, and providing high level document control.

Responsibilities

• Work with both internal and external clients regarding pre‑qualification of equipment suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensuring certificates of insurance and payment & performance bonds are on file and accurate
• Provide high level document control
• Support multiple mid‑level procurement functions throughout the bidding and buy‑out phase

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering, or relevant experience is preferred.
• Up to two years of experience working as project and/or procurement support in a construction and/or design services industry.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with online bidding systems is preferred, PMWeb and Building Connected a plus.
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize is essential in this role.
• Strong Excel and data entry skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with key internal customers and suppliers
• Possess a passion for quality, compliance and weighing risk
