CFS in Orlando, FL is seeking a Procurement & Contracts Manager to strengthen and modernize its procurement function within a nonprofit environment.

The role partners with Finance, Legal, Grants, and Program Leadership to build processes, templates, and policies from the ground up, supporting federally funded programs while ensuring compliance and accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of federal procurement and contract administration experience.
• Deep knowledge of Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200) and federal grant compliance.
• Experience managing contracts, documentation, audits, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
• Proven ability to develop procurement processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and contract administration activities: solicitations, evaluations, negotiations, vendor selection.
• Ensure compliance with federal procurement regulations, including Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200).
• Manage full contract lifecycle: amendments, renewals, monitoring, documentation, closeout.
• Partner with Finance and Grants to align procurement with budgets, grants, and audits.
• Develop procurement procedures, templates, training materials, and guidance for compliance.
• Maintain procurement records to support audits and regulatory reviews.

Key Responsibilities For The Procurement & Contracts Manager
