• Execute PO placement from supply plans.
• Transact POs with the correct vendor, pricing, terms, and products.
• Process PO creation, edits, and APX exceptions in a timely manner.
• Resolve complaints on quantities or 'bad' product.
• Handle ETA requests and updates.
• Perform PO clean-up.
• Monitor PORs.
• Create new SKUs and manage requests for new products.
• Manage vendor files on SharePoint.

Summary

Executes supply-plan purchase orders with the correct vendor, price, terms, and products. Processes PO creation, edits, and APX exceptions promptly; resolves quantity and product-quality issues; maintains ETA updates; cleans up open POs; and monitors PORs.

Regions: East, West and T&H
