Responsibilities

• Assist in the procurement process by supporting the sourcing team in purchasing activities.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate offerings.
• Organize and send out RFQs to potential suppliers.
• Maintain and update procurement databases and process documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to engineer, source, develop, and launch new products to the market.
• Assist in managing supplier relationships and resolving issues.

Job Summary

Primary Duties

• Assist in the procurement process by supporting the sourcing team in purchasing activities.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings.
• Organize and send out RFQ’s to potential suppliers.
• Maintain and update procurement databases and process documentation.
• Collaborate cross functionally to engineer, source, develop, and launch new products to the market.
• Assist in managing supplier relationships and resolving any issues that arise.

Education / Experience

• Majoring in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Data & Analytics, or a related field

What The Intern Will Learn

• Gain hands‑on experience with procurement and supply chain processes, including sourcing, supplier communication, cost analysis, and inventory management.
• Learn how to analyze business data and develop actionable insights using tools such as Excel, SAP, and reporting dashboards to support strategic decision‑making.
• Build professional skills through cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Finance, and supplier partners while contributing to real-world projects and process improvement initiatives.

The US base rate for this full‑time position is $24/hr. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job‑related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
