In this supervisory role, you will provide leadership, direction, and oversight for a team responsible for the County's end-to-end procurement and contracting activities for goods, client services, capital projects, and other services. You will lead a high-performing, customer-focused team that delivers strategic, compliant, and efficient procurement solutions, enabling the County to provide cost-effective and timely programs. As a leader within Procurement and Contracting Services (PCS), you will lead efforts to advance the County's procurement and contracting programs by overseeing procurement systems, policies, templates, training, and operational standards. This includes guiding the development of standard operating procedures for Workday and OpenGov, supporting the implementation and optimization of the County's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, and promoting data governance, reporting, and analytics to inform decision-making. Your leadership and efforts will ensure that essential programs and services have exactly what's needed.
