The Procurement Manager is responsible for managing business-as-usual spending across the organization, ensuring commercial value, supplier performance, and contractual compliance are maintained to the highest standard. Acting as the primary point of contact for procurement activity, they build and manage key stakeholder relationships while leading contract negotiations, supplier reviews, and purchasing operations. The role requires strong commercial acumen, proven
negotiation skills, and the ability to identify savings opportunities and manage risk in a fast-paced business environment.
The Procurement Manager is also accountable for ensuring all procurement activity is conducted in accordance with company policy, applicable laws and regulations, and ethical sourcing standards, serving as a key control point for risk, supplier integrity, and audit readiness within the procurement function.
The Procurement Manager will work closely with departmental teams across the business to ensure procurement processes are executed efficiently, from purchase order issuance through to invoice alignment, while maintaining a robust contract database that supports financial planning and minimizes service disruption.
