Job summary

Analog Devices is seeking a motivated Purchasing Analyst to support Indirect Materials Procurement at the Wilmington location. You will analyze procurement data, build dashboards, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive productivity and profitability.

Requirements include a BS/BA in a related field and 1–3 years of purchasing or procurement experience, plus strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. SAP/Oracle experience and BI tools are preferred.

Qualifications

BS/BA degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or a related function.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and switch between strategic and detail-oriented thinking.
Flexibility to adapt to dynamic and rapidly changing environments.
Effective communicator with the ability to work in a team and build relationships across functions and sites.
Commitment to learning and developing new skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Provide analytical procurement support to the Indirect Materials team.
Conduct procurement spend analytics and track key metrics.
Define, analyze, and present procurement trends to leadership.
Identify root-cause issues and opportunities for cost reductions and productivity gains.
Build data visualizations and dashboards to showcase work using MS Excel and BI tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements and cross-functional projects.
