Job description

Our tip-to-tail capabilities include payload protection and deployment systems, propulsion systems, aerodynamic interstage systems, separation systems, missile subsystems, shroud systems, launch systems, and payload integration solutions.

As a Procurement Agent, you lead sourcing strategies that support developmental and production programs, integrate business and program goals, and drive cost‑effective supplier partnerships. This role contributes to program execution, supply chain resilience, and production readiness by managing supplier relationships, coordinating procurement activities, and supporting full‑lifecycle sourcing decisions.

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Office), Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and attention to detail.
