Purchase Order Management: Prepare, review, and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, delivery dates, and resolve any issues related to orders or invoices.
Inventory Tracking: Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring that stock levels are aligned with company requirements.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the procurement team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining departmental files.
Data Entry: Input and update procurement-related data in the company's ERP system, ensuring that information is accurate and up to date.
Vendor Relations: Support the procurement team in developing and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
