Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of procurement or administrative experience.

Responsibilities

  • Purchase Order Management: Prepare, review, and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
  • Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, delivery dates, and resolve issues.
  • Inventory Tracking: Monitor and maintain inventory levels to align with company needs.
  • Documentation: Maintain records of procurement activities (POs, invoices, receipts).
  • Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and maintain files for the procurement team.
  • Data Entry: Update procurement data in the ERP system accurately.
  • Vendor Relations: Foster positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Duties

  • Ensures that “Constructing with Integrity” is delivered by working with honesty, unity, safety, and quality of work.
  • Purchase Order Management: Prepare, review, and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, delivery dates, and resolve any issues related to orders or invoices.
  • Inventory Tracking: Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring that stock levels are aligned with company requirements.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the procurement team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining departmental files.
  • Data Entry: Input and update procurement-related data in the company's ERP system, ensuring that information is accurate and up to date.
  • Vendor Relations: Support the procurement team in developing and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a procurement or administrative role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
