The Cigna Group’s Evernorth Health Services is seeking a Procure-to-Pay Lead Representative to act as a technical resource within P2P, supporting transaction processing and system accuracy. The role guides junior team members and works with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Procure-to-Pay or related field.
• Experience resolving invoice, purchase order, or vendor discrepancies.
• Experience creating or maintaining process documentation, job aids, or team resources.
• Previous lead, SME, mentor, or training experience.
• Comfortable working with computer systems and maintaining accurate transactional information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and support other team members.
• Experience working with buyers and vendors is beneficial.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 26 - 39 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
