Job summary

Altium Packaging in Sparta, Tennessee is seeking a Processor, Trainee to operate injection/blow molding machinery and perform routine quality checks. You will learn to adjust machines, clear jams, inspect products and document results.

This entry-level role offers hands-on training, potential overtime, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k). Prior plastic molding experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of machine operating experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Plastic molding experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate injection/blow molding machinery to produce plastic bottles.
• Make machine adjustments using controls and hand tools.
• Dislodge jams and monitor process to prevent defects.
• Inspect products and boxing, maintain quality through checks.
• Complete required paperwork for quality system and shift logs.
