Goodwill seeks motivated team members to support Willingboro store operations. You will process donated softline and hardline goods, price and tag items, and provide excellent customer service to shoppers and donors.

The role offers cross-training opportunities as Barcoder, Donation-Utility Associate, and possibly Material Handler or Warehouse Helper, with a focus on teamwork and operational efficiency in a busy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming softline and hardline goods (clothing, household, furniture) and maintain high quality in processing.
• Price and tag items to achieve high dollar returns; maintain price accuracy.
• Cross-train as Barcoder, Donation-Utility Associate, Material Handler, Baler, Warehouse Helper, and Customer Service Associate as needed.
• Stock the sales floor and keep the work area neat and orderly.
• Assist customers/donors with donations and merchandise purchases; provide exceptional service.

Job description

Job Details: Job Location: Willingboro Store - Willingboro, NJ, Salary Range: $16.50 - $16.50Hourly, Travel Percentage: None, The Processor sorts, processes, and stocks softline and hardline goods. This position prices and tags items to achieve highest dollar return and assumes responsibility for quality of donations processed. Processors will be assigned as Softline or Hardline specialists and are promoted from Processor Trainees into this title.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

• Follow all Goodwill policies and safety procedures. Must possess professional etiquette.
• Responsible to process all incoming softline and hardline goods as assigned, including clothing, household, and furniture items. Maintains high quality in processing goods.
• Generates a minimum of $10,00.00 in store sales from items processed during every two week production period.
• Maintains accurate and consistent prices for selected items or housewares. Empties containers and separates acceptable clothing, wares, collectables/antiques, and bin items.
• Performs duties as Barcoder and Donation-Utility Associate when needed. If working at Benigno Retail Operations Center, performs duties as a Material Handler, Baler, and Warehouse Helper when needed. Will receive additional cross-training as Customer Service Associate.
• Stocking sales floor as assigned.
• Keeps work area and surrounding area neat, clean, and orderly.
• Follows all customer service guidelines; strives to provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Assist customers/donors as required, including accepting donations and selling merchandise.
• Regular attendance is required.

All other duties as assigned.
