Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail, production, warehouse, thrift, or related environment preferred.

• Basic computer and web navigation skills; clear handwriting.

Responsibilities

• Support daily processing operations and scheduling.
• Assist with accepting donations, presorting, processing, and pricing merchandise.
• Help ensure fast, accurate, and efficient workflow in a busy setting.
• Encourage and motivate team members to meet production goals.
• Coordinate with the Processing Manager on department needs and issues.
