Lighthouse is seeking a Processing Specialist to join a collaborative, data-driven team. The role focuses on processing client data to exact specifications, using Nuix, Relativity One, and Lighthouse tools to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

You will support quality control, data investigations, and KPI targets while coordinating with local and remote teammates in a fast-paced environment. A degree and e-discovery experience are valued.

Formación

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years processing data in an e-discovery environment or similar technical work.
• Demonstrated passion for driving process improvement, collaboration, and innovation as part of a cross-functional team.

Responsabilidades

• Process client data in accordance with technical specifications, documented procedures, and industry best practices.
• Execute data processing workflows using Nuix, Relativity One, and other tools; perform inventory, discovery, automated processing, publishing, QC, and data investigation.
• Create, prepare, and format load files and deliverables for review in Relativity databases.
• Adopt Lighthouse proprietary tools to perform SOP-driven duties.
• Assist in Relativity post-processing loading, QC, and indexing (analytics).
• Perform ad-hoc data queries for reporting and analysis as required.
• Independently manage queued job requests to ensure progress with minimal delay.
• Stage and validate all data from original evidence media.
• Provide job status updates and detailed handoff instructions during transitions.
• Document completed work, outstanding items, and next steps to ensure smooth handoffs.

The Processing Specialist is responsible for championing best practices and participating in the development and continuous improvement while remaining accountable for the day-to-day fulfillment of duties and responsibilities.

What will this person do?

• Process client data in accordance with technical specifications, documented procedures, and industry best practices.
• Execute data processing workflows using Nuix, Relativity One, and other commercial and proprietary tools. Perform inventory, discovery, automated processing, publishing, exception remediation, document promotion, quality control, data investigation, and basic hostingtasks.
• Create, prepare, and format load files, text and native files, and other deliverables as necessary for review in various databases, such as Relativity
• Adopt and master Lighthouse proprietary tools to perform the duties outlined in SOPs
• Assist in Relativity post-processing loading, quality control, and indexing (analytics)
• Perform ad-hoc data queries for reporting and data analysis as required
• Independently manage queued and assigned job requests to ensure work progresses with minimal delay
• Stage and validate all data to be processed from original evidence media
• Provide job status updates and elevate issues to project stakeholders, including detailed handoff instructions during shift/job transitions
• Solve problems and prioritize assigned work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Use Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications to support documentation, communication, reporting, and daily workflow activities
• Meet or exceed departmental quality targetse
• Collaborate and coordinate with team members, both local and remote, to ensure tasks are completed quickly and accurately
• Document completed work, outstanding items, execptions, and next steps so processing continues smoothly between shifts
• Adhere to and actively manage timelines associated with project requests
• Other duties as assigned

• Combination of at least two of the following education, experience, and/or certifications:
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• Working knowledge of various litigation support and eDiscovery software applications. (Nuix and Relativity preferred) 1-2 years of experience processing data in an e-discovery environment or similar technical work
• Demonstrated passion for driving process imrpovement, collaboration, and innovation as part of a cross-functional team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to solve problems and prioritize work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven envrionment
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applicaitons
• Eperience working with databases
• Must be committed to excellence, a strong sense of urgency, and dedication to client satisfaction and customer service

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table.
• Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting.
• Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).
