Responsibilities

• Process correct materials, perform inspections, and ensure packaging meets customer specifications.
• Complete forms and organize documents for easy retrieval.
• Strive to meet established production goals and maintain safety compliance.
• Assist in establishing and executing process improvements and department goals.
• Follow daily directions, procedures, and work instructions.
• Operate equipment as needed (hi-lo, balers, dumpers, compactors, power tools).
• Demonstrate active listening and ability to execute assignments.
• Maintain good analytical and organizational skills.
• Understand recyclable/salvageable commodities and sorting specifications.
