Job summary

Supernus is seeking an entry-level Process and Technology Transfer Engineer I to support drug delivery within its CNS-focused biopharma operations. You will oversee technology transfer to CMOs, assist with manufacturing scale-up, process registration and validation, and drive process improvements across development teams.

Collaboration on formulation development and preparation of technical and regulatory documentation will be part of the role, with travel up to 20-90% depending on project phase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years in manufacturing, process development, or transfer.
• Experience with cGMP, process validation, and technical writing.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools preferred.
