You will collaborate with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, and Quality to collect and analyze metrology data, drive improvements, and ensure equipment performance throughout manufacturing. You will support optimization of metrology for multiple device stacks and process flows, including Optical Inspection, CD-SEM, AFM, ellipsometry, and profilometry.

You will collaborate closely with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering and Quality teams to collect and analyze metrology data, drive process improvements, troubleshoot tool-related issues, and ensure optimal equipment performance throughout the manufacturing process. You will support optimization of our metrology process for multiple device stacks in various process flows. Projects may include focus on one or more subject areas within the metrology: Optical Inspection, CD SEM, AFM, ellipsometry, profilometry.
