Job summary

Stryker in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a hands-on manufacturing associate to support day-to-day operations on a Thursday–Sunday shift (6:00am–4:00pm). You will develop procedures, perform root-cause evaluations, and partner with cross-functional teams to maximize equipment productivity and minimize yield loss.

The role emphasizes process improvement, quality management, and adherence to site standards while offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 2+ years in manufacturing environment.
• Preferred: lean or process-improvement experience.
• Technical Associate Degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and recommend procedures and methods; prepare technical reports.
• Perform evaluations to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day ops.
• Monitor and manage manufacturing loss on lines.
• Diagnose system issues and escalate as needed.
• Communicate issues and watch-outs to Operators.
• Improve product line productivity and reduce yield loss.
• Support implementation of technical and process improvements.
• Maintain compliance with Quality Management System requirements.
• Support business operations during shutdowns and failures.
