ALPLA Group in the Kansas City area is seeking an Injection Molding Technician to monitor machines, ensure safe, efficient operation, and verify product quality.
You will identify process improvements, perform routine repairs to molds, and lead training for department staff while maintaining a clean, organized production area.

Education/Experience:
Min 2 years' experience in Injection Molding
Experienced in either Toolmaking, Mechanic or Electric/Electronic systems
Qualification/Skills:
Able to work in Team environment
Effectively manages time as a resource; gives balanced attention to appropriate long-term and short-term priorities
Must have flexible work availability
Ability to prioritize, plan and execute duties with minimal supervision
Able to lift up to 60 lbs. and stand for a minimum of 12 hours
