Job summary

NPAworldwide is hiring Process Technicians for our injection molding operations in Vermont. This role supports B or D shift schedules and involves 12‑hour shifts with overtime.

You will ensure product quality, GMP compliance, and continuous process improvement in a clean, high‑tech environment. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in injection molding, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read technical documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on injection molding experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or other quality systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and complete technical documentation and logs.
• Competent in basic math and production analytics.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long durations.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize injection molding processes to ensure consistent product quality.
• Perform quality control checks, maintain GMP-compliant documentation.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain molding and auxiliary equipment.
• Conduct routine process audits and ensure compliance with 5S standards.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance for validation and compliance reporting.
• Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage material flow and inventory within production lines.
• Lead shift operations and mentor junior staff when required.
