Job summary

Comar in West Bend, Wisconsin is seeking an Experienced Injection Molding Process Technician to join our plastics manufacturing team. You will start up and optimize molding processes, verify parameters, and troubleshoot issues to uphold quality and production targets.

The role requires 3+ years in injection molding process tech, strong molding knowledge, and the ability to work cross-functionally with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Production teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of injection molding process technician experience.
• Strong understanding of molding machines, molds, tooling, and process development.
• Experience troubleshooting part quality defects and process variation.
• Knowledge of scientific molding concepts preferred.
• Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ, validation activities, or regulated manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities
