Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent required.
• Technical school training or some college is preferred.
• 1+ year experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Strong commitment to quality and safety with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to monitor quality and identify need for corrective/preventative action.
• Rotating shift work will be required.

Responsibilities

• Support plant operation across all areas.
• Monitor and ensure quality and accuracy.
• Operate lift trucks, hoists, pumps, and other process equipment.
• Perform routine equipment checks and preventative maintenance.
