The Process Technician provides support to new and existing products and processes, leads investigations, updates SOPs and work instructions, writes engineering trials, and improves productivity while modeling ownership behaviors to enhance our customers’ experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technical discipline or equivalent (minimum 10 years relevant experience).
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Process, Manufacturing or Quality Engineer, or 5 years as an engineering technician or assistant.
• Contemporary tools such as SPC, FMEA, Lean.
• Writing detailed, comprehensive non-conformance and CAPA investigations and reports.
• PC Skills - Microsoft Office suite, ERP systems, eQMS.
• Excellent interpersonal and teambuilding skills.
