Job summary

Perdue Farms is seeking a Process Technician I to join our production team in Rincon, Georgia. In this hands-on role, you will set up, monitor, and maintain automated equipment to ensure efficient operations.

The position offers a base rate of $19.00/hour with opportunities for bonuses and is scheduled Monday through Friday, with flexibility needed. Ideal candidates will have strong math and analytical skills, and experience in poultry processing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to operate multiple systems and equipment within the production areas.
• Read/write English, math, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, operate, and maintain assigned equipment for proper operation.
• Perform quality checks and other assignments from supervision.
• Assist in equipment modification or rebuilds for production functions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Report equipment issues to management.
• Train other production associates as needed.
