Job summary

Nordson EFD LLC is seeking a Process Technician for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM). You will set up and run injection molding machines, troubleshoot processes, and maintain tooling and auxiliary equipment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in injection molding, knowledge of materials, and strong communication skills. The role offers opportunities to work with leading equipment and grow within a global company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years’ experience in injection molding with emphasis on processing and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of raw materials and their processing characteristics.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and troubleshoot injection molding machines, tools, and processes.
• Work with molds and all auxiliary equipment; assist trainees as required.
• Communicate clearly with team to ensure quality and efficiency.

Education & Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years’ experience working in the injection molding industry with an emphasis on processing and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of raw materials and their processing characteristics

Skills & Abilities

• Experience with Engel and Sumitomo Injection Molding machines highly preferred
• Scientific Molding Principle background highly desired
• Experience with thermal plastics is a plus.
• Strong communication skills is a must
