Work Environment
The role is based in a non–climate‑controlled manufacturing facility focused on plastic injection molding. The position is on 3rd shift, Monday through Friday, with Saturday work currently required to meet production demands. Second and third shifts receive a shift differential, providing additional compensation for working off‑hours. The environment involves working around molding machines, robots, tooling, and other production equipment, requiring adherence to safety procedures and appropriate industrial work attire suitable for a busy, high‑volume production floor.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clyde, OH.
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
