Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment in Alpha, NJ is seeking a Process Technician to support cylinder preparation, filling, handling, and shipping operations on the 1st shift. You will perform SAP transactions to keep stock and sales orders moving and ensure safety compliance.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong mechanical aptitude, basic algebra and unit conversion skills, and the ability to work with respirators.

• Fit to perform duties where respirators are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a vigilant focus on safety and follow site policies while performing cylinder preparation, handling, filling, shipping and receiving tasks.
• Perform SAP transactions to ensure efficient stock and sales order flow.
• Handle tasks related to stock and sales order realization including cylinder requisition and data management.
• Collect and record basic operations data to optimize processes and ensure product quality.
• Support maintenance of raw material and product inventory and review specifications for conformity.
