Nexus Circular is seeking a Process Specialist to support operations by removing waste materials and ensuring smooth facility and equipment operation. You will lead draining operations, manage waste drums, coordinate with waste handlers, and prepare feedstock for production.

Qualifications

  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects or perform manual labor as needed.
  • Ability to work outdoors for significant hours per day.
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the draining operations for reactors which includes operating HMI, manual valves, purge systems, and material handling equipment.
  • Empty waste drums using material handling equipment.
  • Contact waste handler for swap outs.
  • Prepare and stage feedstock for consumption by operations.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and identify potential issues or malfunctions in the process.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly working environment.
  • Follow established procedures and safety guidelines to ensure work is conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Report any safety concerns, incidents, or near misses to supervisors promptly.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve process issues.

Position Summary
