Under the direction of the Intake Supervisor, the process server is responsible for the timely and lawful service of legal documents to individuals, businesses, and other parties in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. In addition to serving legal documents, the process server performs a variety of administrative and technical duties that support the department's intake and case management functions.
