Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a full-time laboratory support associate for first shift (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM). You will work in a client-facing lab environment, perform hands-on tasks, prepare buffers and media, and ensure accurate documentation and data entry to support GMP compliance.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred) with some lab experience and strong computer/organizational skills; cGMP exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s degree preferred.
• Laboratory experience is preferred for this role.
• Strong computer and organizational skills are essential.
• cGMP experience is desirable and helpful.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with self-motivation and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and with others in a client-facing laboratory setting.
• Support raw material evaluations and investigation studies with hands-on tasks.
• Prepare buffers, media, and other lab solutions.
• Perform general lab support tasks including BSC cleaning and bioreactor assembly.
• Complete and review laboratory documentation and logbook entries accurately.
• Enter data into quality and compliance systems to support regulatory standards.
• Partner with stakeholders and managers to prioritize lab support needs.
• Follow GMP and regulatory requirements and maintain inspection readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Work independently and collaboratively in a client‑facing laboratory environment
• Support raw material evaluations and investigation studies through hands‑on laboratory tasks
• Prepare buffers, media, and other laboratory solutions
• Perform general lab support activities, including BSC cleaning and bioreactor assembly
• Complete and review laboratory documentation and logbook entries accurately and on time
• Enter data into quality and compliance systems to support regulatory standards
• Partner with stakeholders and managers to prioritize and coordinate laboratory support needs
• Follow all GMP and regulatory requirements and help maintain inspection readiness at all time

Position is full‑time, first‑shift, Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Pay range: $18.50 - $19.50
