EnSafe seeks a full-time Process Safety Management (PSM) Engineering Specialist to join our teams across the southeastern U.S. offices in Knoxville, Memphis, TN, Charleston, SC, or Jackson, MS, with travel up to 75%.
You will help develop and monitor PSM programs, perform PHAs, audits, and incident investigations, and support MOC procedures and training for diverse clients. A bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering and 1–5 years PSM experience are preferred; EIT is a plus.

We are currently seeking a full-time Process Safety Management (PSM) Engineering Specialist for one of the following offices: Knoxville, Memphis, TN, Charleston, SC, or Jackson, MS.

A Process Safety Management Engineering Specialist who is comfortable working directly with our clients to address their health & safety concerns. Practical experience with OSHA’s PSM standard is preferred but not required.
We work across various industries, including aerospace, chemical processing, pulp & paper, manufacturing, oil & gas, and automotive. We will capitalize on your technical strengths to help lead our PSM service line, performing work related to the fourteen elements of PSM. You may also be involved with other traditional safety work, such as machine safeguarding, control of hazardous energy, confined space assessments, and other activities.
Our safety professionals travel to multiple client sites primarily across the southeastern U.S., but we provide services nationwide. You will grow into managing projects and expect to develop business with current and new clients.
