Job summary

Oxford Solutions is seeking a Process Quality Engineer to support manufacturing process development, quality planning, and production readiness. This onsite role focuses on improving process capability and product quality as hands-on partner to manufacturing teams.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3+ years in manufacturing/quality engineering, with experience in APQP, control plans, PPAP, and FMEA/PFMEA, plus Lean/Six Sigma exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing, process or quality engineering.
• Experience with APQP, control plans, PPAP, FMEA/PFMEA or related quality planning processes.
• Understanding of manufacturing process development and production quality requirements.
• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification or practical experience preferred.
• CMM programming or operating experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of GD&T and dimensional inspection methods preferred.
