Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in New Bern, NC, is seeking a Process Quality Assurance professional to oversee daily electrical function performance, finish quality, and defect handling on boats entering the final finish department.

You will ensure safety, complete paperwork, monitor overtime, maintain housekeeping, train new associates with the Buddy system, manage materials to reduce waste, and perform other duties as assigned.

• Maintain safety procedures and PPE compliance at all times.
