Job summary

Qualifications

• Current pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong interest in small molecule organic chemistry manufacturing processes.
• Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong safety mindset.
• Basic knowledge of process engineering principles and chemical manufacturing equipment.
• Proficiency with digital tools including Microsoft applications and mobile platforms; openness to AI to improve efficiency and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations within Chemistry Operations and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support capital projects, and learn design, procurement, commissioning, qualification and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Review and update controlled documents related to projects and findings.
• Present project work and updates at project team meetings.
• Demonstrate inclusion, maintain a safe workspace, and embody Promega's ESI principles.
