Job description

Role:

Manufacturing Process Support Specialist in pharmaceutical operations, focusing on process troubleshooting, deviation investigation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement within a GMP environment.

Responsibilities:
  • collaborate with production and QA teams, lead deviation investigations, implement Lean-based process enhancements, provide training on process updates, and support data collection for reviews.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or related field;
  • 1+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in pharma;
  • GMP knowledge;
  • strong problem-solving skills;
  • excellent communication.
Preferred:
  • manufacturing experience in pharma, familiarity with change control, QMS, electronic manufacturing systems (e.g., SAP, PAS-X), and adult training methodologies.
