Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with production or manufacturing processes is required.
• Familiarity with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement principles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess the overall health of standard processes.
• Analyze and improve production flow and operator movement.
• Lead or participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
• Create and maintain Work Instructions and Standard Work.
• Identify and execute cost-out improvement projects.
• Collaborate across HSE, Engineering, Production, Quality, and Procurement.
