Job summary

Randstad in Aurora, CO is seeking a Process Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain equipment ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will work with engineering and quality teams to resolve process challenges and uphold GMP and safety standards.

This role starts on 9/1/2026 with weekly rotation (Days week 1, Nights week 2) and possible OT. Location is Aurora, CO with 07:00 AM - 11:00 AM shifts and a strong emphasis on documentation and SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience following SOPs and GMP in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to safety protocols.
• Ability to troubleshoot process issues and maintain equipment.
• Team collaboration with engineering and quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain equipment to ensure safety and quality.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to maximize output.
• Document activities accurately and adhere to SOPs.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve process challenges.
• Support production targets and continuous improvement initiatives.
