The role requires flexibility to work 6pm–6am shifts, weekends, and overtime, with attention to detail and strong teamwork. Starting pay is $20/hour with a $1.50 shift differential, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

About The Role.

Join our team in Northern Maine and play a key role in our potato processing operation. As a Process Operator, you will help ensure the safe, efficient production of high-quality potato products by operating processing equipment, monitoring production processes, and supporting food safety and quality standards across the facility. This role is a night shift schedule, 6pm - 6am.

What You’ll Be Doing.

• Operate and monitor processing equipment and production lines.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet established specifications.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and **escalate maintenance** needs when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
• Complete production documentation and shift reports accurately and on time.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.

Compensation Package:

Starting at $20 USD hourly + $1.50 differential for applicable shifts
