Job summary

HP PRECISION, INC. is seeking an entry-level PCB fabrication trainee in North San Diego County. The role supports a fabrication team in drilling, routing, plating, lamination, and PCB inspection while learning processes and equipment.

You will work Monday–Friday, with first/second/third shifts available, onsite at 40 hours per week; advancement opportunities exist into a career position within manufacturing.

Shifts Available: First 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Second Shift 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm, or Third Shift 9:30 pm - 6:00 am

Hourly Rate: $18 - $25 based on experience

Position Description

We are an electronics manufacturing company located in North San Diego County looking for hardworking and quick learning-motivated individuals for a PCB fabrication trainee position. For this entry-level position, we're looking for individuals who work well in teams but are also able to work independently. The trainee will learn workstation fabrication operations including drill/routing, plating, lamination, and PCB inspection as well as the manufacturing processes. Opportunities for advancement into a career position.

Current Open Positions

• Cell 1 - Material Release, product Imaging / developing
• Cell 2 - NC Drill / Rout and HAAS Operator / Lamination
• Cell 3 - Wet Processes, Panel Hold Fill, and planarization processes
• Cell 4 - Solder Mask, Legend, and final finishes

Minimum Qualifications

Beneficial Skills And Experience
