Job summary

Croda’s Mill Hall site is seeking a Process Operator to support production operations in Mill Hall, PA. You will receive/charge raw materials, operate vessels and equipment, monitor batch activity, sample and package finished product, and maintain compliance with SHE, cGMP, and site procedures.

This entry-level role prioritizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork, with training available for forklift operation and ongoing development within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills and reading comprehension to follow procedures and document batches.
• No previous experience required; manufacturing or process operations experience is a plus.
• Fork truck training and license, or ability to complete required training.
• Safety-minded with adherence to procedures and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, healthy work environment by following SHE requirements and site procedures.
• Operate vessels and production equipment, monitor temperature/pressure, and run boil-outs.
• Assist with receiving and handling raw materials for production use.
• Sample product, coordinate with lab, review results, and adjust batches as directed.
• Record process data on batch sheets and support documentation.
