The position supports production operations, assists with training new operators, and may provide coverage for the Lead Technician as needed.The purpose of this position is to oversee the safe, compliant, and timely operation of production plants to ensure customer demand is met, product specifications are achieved, and all applicable regulations are followed.* Complete training requirements as outlined in the progression plan and participate in training on new processes and tasks as required.* Operate plant equipment to meet productivity targets and perform chemical charges safely in accordance with standard operating procedures.* Monitor processes and adjust control parameters using designated control systems.* Maintain process control to achieve First Pass Quality standards.* Conduct thorough shift turnovers and ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.* Maintain and replenish supplies and raw materials as needed within the assigned process area.* Perform physical job requirements, including lifting up to 55 pounds, extended walking, bending, frequent stair climbing, operating a forklift, and using cleaning equipment.* Maintain high housekeeping standards within the work area.* Follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision to achieve daily objectives.* Demonstrate a willingness to learn additional processes while maintaining responsibilities of the current role.* Perform other duties as assigned.**Position Requirements****Education*** High school diploma or GED required.
