Darling Ingredients is seeking a Process Operator to run computer-controlled process equipment, cooker, and related systems, while evaluating problems and conducting product quality tests. The role operates on the second shift, 3:00pm–11:30pm, with duties that include overseeing rendering from raw materials to finished goods and maintaining cooker conditions.

The Process Operator is responsible for the operation of the computer controlled process equipment, cooker, machinery, and evaluation of any process problems in addition to performing product quality testing.
Work Schedule: Second Shift 3:00pm - 11:30pm.
