As a Process Operative, you’ll play a key role in the day‑to‑day operations of the production facility — ensuring all products are made to the company’s rigorous quality and safety standards.

Position Details

• Location: Brandon
• Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
• Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 06:00 – 18:00
• Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Follow detailed recipes and procedures to manufacture cosmetic products, ensuring each batch meets the company’s strict quality specifications.
• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving raw materials.
• Conduct visual and physical quality checks throughout production.
• Follow production schedules and achieve daily and weekly output targets.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work area, adhering to all health, safety, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines.
• Report any equipment faults or production issues to the shift supervisor.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain smooth, efficient operations.
