Job summary

Allan Myers is seeking a motivated laborer to join our team in Lansdale. This role requires performing heavy physical tasks on construction sites and learning with a safety-first mindset. You will support crew, carry materials, operate basic tools, and contribute to project tasks under supervision.

Candidates should have 1-2 years on construction sites, a GED/HS diploma or related experience, and a valid driver's license. Trade school is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience on construction sites.
• GED/High School diploma or related work experience.
• Trade School a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Install interior piping - flanged ductile iron, PVC glue-joint, copper and stainless steel press-fit.
• Setting/Installing large process equipment.
• Concrete hammer drilling for anchor installations.
• Rigging and large/heavy material movement using material handlers and cranes.
• Complete installations using layout and instructions provided by Field Manager.
• Scaffold erection, manlift operation, working at heights and within fall protection.
• Concrete demolition using air and electric tools.
• Metal and pipe cutting using abrasive blades on grinders, portabands, etc.
• Lifts, carries, and holds building materials, tools, and supplies.
• Cleans tools, materials, and work areas.
• Lead crew of (3-5) people, explain/direct work.
• Construction Safety.
