Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Rancho Dominguez is seeking a Senior Manager, Process & Manufacturing Engineering to oversee manufacturing support, process optimization, validation, and capital projects at the site.

You will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, drive process improvements and technology transfer, ensure GMP/ISO compliance, and collaborate across Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in biopharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing, with 5+ years in leadership
• Extensive experience in manufacturing operations, process engineering, validation, and regulated environments
• Familiarity with filtration, single-use technologies, and operational excellence tools like Lean and Six Sigma
