Precision Strip in Talladega, AL is seeking a Process Manager to lead a team at our metal processing plant and drive ongoing operations and improvements for future growth.

You will balance daily priorities with long-term goals, make data-driven decisions, and collaborate with plant staff to align production with customer demand while maintaining a culture of high performance and safety.

• Identify improvement opportunities, develop, and implement strategies, and lead your team to execute the plan to get there.
• Collaborate internally and across PSI to produce the best quality and service to our customers.

As a Process Manager you will lead a team to ensure continued operation along with process improvements are achieved for future growth at the Talladega, AL metal processing plant.
